Introduction to Faculty Staff

Teacher education is an academic field that comprehensively researches the life course of teachers, including teacher training in the university, recruitment, and in-service training. Researchers with diverse specialized research fields in education are continuously and comprehensively accumulating research from the perspective of developing professional carrier of teachers. With the aim of developing the competencies of teachers, I have been conducted a series of studies of the development of new lesson analysis methods for examining class practice by children and parents. In addition, with the aim of improving the practical teaching skills of students aspiring to become teachers, we are practicing for teacher education, such as the after-school learning support project, the creation of a place for children, and the toy library.
