Social Psychology II
In the Social Psychology Laboratory, we conduct research on the process of creation and maintenance of group-level psychological characteristics such as atmosphere, group norms, teamwork, and group efficacy that emerge in the process of group activities, as well as strategies for change and development from the perspective of group dynamics and organizational psychology. To put it simply, it examines how to work together and support each other toward a common goal. In order to create a lively group, we consider what kind of leadership is effective and can result in excellent teamwork, while also exploring various ways to energize the group.
