Study of Educational Environments
There are always places and environments where people learn, grow, and live, regardless of whether they are aware of it or not. The study of educational environments allows us to explore the inseparable relationship between our learning, growth, living, and environments, while broadening our outlook on the life in our environments. While interactions with our environments sometimes present constraints, they also provide us with possibilities, support, and hope. However, since these environments do not speak for themselves, the most important task that we need to engage in, is to listen and pick up their unspoken words by personally observing them, while paying close attention to the behaviors and words of others.
The journey begins wherever we are, which could be in our parks, towns, gardens, schools, kitchens, libraries, and so forth.
