Social Psychology I
Humans are said to be social animals that engage in various activities while belonging to groups and organizations (companies, schools, etc.) that are composed of many people. Depending on the management of groups or organizations and the motivation of the people who belong to them, the atmosphere and sense of unity, as well as the performance of the group or organization, are greatly affected. Social Psychology I Laboratory focuses on groups and organizations in social psychology. Through surveys, group experiments, and field observations, we will work with students to understand how to motivate people and what kind of leadership is effective.
